Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the korkya platform — including the website at korkya.net, any associated mobile-optimised pages, or any application distributed by korkya — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the platform.

If you are using the korkya platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. korkya reserves the right to require written confirmation of such authority at any time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with korkya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and korkya. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the korkya platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. korkya takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use the korkya platform:

• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate accounts are not accepted).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where korkya has formally excluded registrations from that territory.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from korkya or from any other gambling platform that participates in a shared self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be acting as an agent or intermediary for any other person in placing bets or operating a gaming account on korkya.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of korkya or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by korkya — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any false information during registration or at any point during the verification process.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

korkya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). You may also be required to verify ownership of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad mobile wallet showing your registered number).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. korkya is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that arise from a player's failure to submit required verification documents promptly and in full.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. korkya will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify korkya's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

korkya supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. korkya does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may apply their own transaction charges, for which korkya accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit per transaction: as displayed in the cashier section of your account
• Deposits are credited to your korkya wallet in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes for standard mobile banking transactions
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• korkya reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed
• korkya reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000
• korkya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions

Bonus & Promotions Policy

korkya offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration and identity verification process in full.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used as collateral.
• korkya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided, and may result in account closure.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Seasonal & Special Promotions

korkya may offer special promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major sporting events including the BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. These promotions will be announced via the platform and are subject to their own specific terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on korkya are subject to the following general rules, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy, korkya's decision on the settlement of bets and game outcomes shall be final.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted until the stated market close time. korkya reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time without notice.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and real-time odds. korkya is not responsible for connectivity or latency issues that affect a player's ability to place in-play bets.
• korkya reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the bet was placed after the official start time but accepted due to a technical error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type, sport, and market. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• korkya may limit or restrict the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

• Casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• Game outcomes for RNG-based slots and table games are determined by certified random number generators. korkya does not alter, influence, or override game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the live studio's equipment and procedures. Disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session in question.
• korkya is not liable for any loss of game progress, virtual credits, or incomplete game rounds caused by platform disconnection, browser refresh, or device failure.

Crash & Instant Games

Instant games such as Space Max and other crash-format games are provably fair and use a verifiable algorithm to determine outcomes. Players accept the inherent volatility of these game formats when choosing to play them. Past multiplier results do not predict or influence future outcomes.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the korkya platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from any conduct that is harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, or disruptive to the platform or to other players. The following behaviours are explicitly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method or bank account to fund your korkya account
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the korkya platform
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted by korkya
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the korkya platform or its underlying technology
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at korkya staff or other players
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your korkya account to any third party

korkya reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the korkya platform — including but not limited to the korkya brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of korkya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the korkya platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or create derivative works from any korkya content without prior written consent.

Third-party game content displayed on korkya — including slot games, live casino streams, and sports data feeds — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios, data providers, and sports organisations. korkya displays such content under licence and makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, korkya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the korkya platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

korkya does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. korkya shall not be liable for any interruption in service resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

Where korkya's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, korkya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your korkya account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

korkya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Suspicion that an account is being used by a person under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your korkya account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, korkya will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. korkya will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which korkya is incorporated as an offshore gaming entity. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, or your use of the korkya platform, shall first be referred to korkya's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a betting outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of the korkya service, you should contact our support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. korkya aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. For complex disputes, resolution may take up to 28 business days. korkya will communicate progress updates throughout the process.

Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of korkya's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as notified by korkya at the time of the dispute. korkya's decision on sports betting outcomes and game results based on certified RNG or live studio procedures shall be final and not subject to further appeal on the grounds of statistical improbability.

Amendments to These Terms

korkya reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, korkya will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal, security, or regulatory reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at korkya.net/terms-conditions, along with the effective date of the latest revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the korkya platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the korkya platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.
